How long does it take to get my order?

Orders process in 1–3 business days. Most of our pieces ship from our overseas warehouse and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. A few items ship from the U.S. and may arrive sooner. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $8, and it's free on orders of $70 or more. We offer standard shipping only; expedited and overnight shipping aren't available right now.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Some pieces ship from different warehouses, so a single order can arrive in separate packages. Everything is still on its way!

How do I find my size?

Check the size chart on each product page. Sizing can vary by style, so we recommend comparing the measurements to a similar piece you already own. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed, cozy fit.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes! Shop our Plus Size collection for trendy styles in full and extended sizes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
